Milner Marketing Book a call

Your calls answered. Your leads followed up.

You got into this to do the work you love, not to chase calls, answer texts at night and figure out marketing. We set it up and run it for you, so you get your evenings back.

  1. Tue 6:12 PMThey find you Someone needs what you do. They search, see your ad, or land on your website.
  2. Tue 6:14 PMThey call. You can't pick up. You are under a sink when the phone rings. By the time you call back, they have booked someone else.
  3. Tue 6:14 PMThe assistant answers It picks up, says it is an assistant, and asks what they need. Press the speaker to hear it.
  4. Tue 6:16 PMIt finds out what they need Who, what, where, how soon. You get a summary you can act on, not a voicemail.
  5. Tue 6:17 PMFollow-up that does not quit A confirmation goes out right away, so nobody wonders whether it is booked.
  6. Tue 6:17 PMIt lands on your calendar The time they chose goes on your calendar, inside the rules you set.
  7. Wed 8:00 AMYou do the job Your phone stays quiet. They get a reminder and an on-my-way text, and a review request after.
  8. Wed 6:30 PMYou get your evening back One short summary, and nothing that needs you tonight. The next customer is already being taken care of.

  1. Website

    Your web designer

A website that is out of date, slow on a phone, or not there at all, and one you’d rather not send anyone to.

Written, designed and built around how your customers decide. Fast on a phone, clear about what you do, one obvious way to reach you. We host it, keep it current and handle the small changes.

  2. Managed

    Your receptionist

The phone rings when your hands are full or the day is done, and the caller tries the next name. Missed calls are missed jobs.

An AI assistant answers when you can’t, nights and weekends included. It finds out what the caller needs and sends you a summary to act on, in wording you approve.

  3. Managed

    Your follow-up person

Someone asked. You meant to reply. Three days later they chose someone else.

Missed calls, form fills and messages get a quick reply, then follow-up by text, call and email until they book or say no. Each message is something useful, not just a check-in. Channels agreed with you.

  4. Managed

    Your ad buyer

The money goes out, the click lands on a page nobody reads, and you’re left guessing what worked.

Campaigns on the platforms your customers use, set up and watched by us, each sending people to a page that answers the ad. An ad budget is agreed before anything runs.

  5. Managed

    Your social media manager

You know you should post. It’s 9 PM and you’d rather not. So the page goes quiet, and so do the slow weeks.

Photos and posts, with short video where it fits, that keep you visible through the slow weeks without you writing captions at night.

  6. Managed

    Your account lead

Nobody is checking whether any of it is working.

A person on our team assigned to you. They listen to the calls, fix what needs fixing and send the report. More on that below.

  7. Add-on

    Your software builder

You need a tool that does not exist off the shelf.

A booking page, a quote form, a simple dashboard, built on the same system as your site. Scoped per job, with a one-time build fee and then a small monthly hosting fee.

A site that looks like you. Built for the phone in their hand.

Every site is written and designed around how your customers decide, then connected to the system that catches every inquiry. Four concept designs show the range.

Concept website for a home-services company: the headline Good days start at home over a house at dusk, with a booking card showing three open times.
The same concept site on a phone.
Home services One job on the first screen: pick a time. Open slots sit beside the headline, so booking takes one tap.
Concept website for a café: the serif headline Your daily slow down beside an arched photo of the counter, with a catering button.
The same concept site on a phone.
Café and retail Warm and photo-led, with the menu, hours and catering a scroll away.
Concept website for an advisory firm: the serif headline Clarity for what comes next beside an office photo, with an arrange-a-consultation button.
The same concept site on a phone.
Professional firm Quiet confidence and one next step: arrange a consultation.
Concept website for a wellness studio: the headline A calmer kind of care over a limestone reception, with a book-your-first-visit button.
The same concept site on a phone.
Studio and wellness Calm and bright, with first-visit booking front and center.

Book a call
Do I buy online, or book a call?

Book a call. Every project starts with one, so the plan and the price fit your business. You will see both in writing before you pay anything.

Is this only for local service businesses?

No. If your business needs customers, a website it can be proud of, or marketing taken off its plate, tell us about it. Shops, firms, studios, online businesses and crews all fit.

What decides the website price?

The pages, writing and features you want. The build is a one-time fee between $1,000 and $1,500, and hosting starts at $50 a month. We agree the scope and the exact price in writing before we start.

What does the phone assistant and follow-up cost?

There is a one-time setup and a monthly fee. Voice is $2,000 setup and $500 a month. Voice and text is $2,500 setup, and voice, text and email is $3,000 setup, both from $500 a month. The ad budget is agreed before anything runs.

What do content and ads cost?

Done-for-you content is about $1,000 a month. Ads management is from $2,500 a month with no setup fee, and you pay the ad spend directly to the ad platform. A support agent or a custom authority site is quoted per project.

How do the dialer seats work?

Each seat is a per-month price: Basic $29, Breeze $49 or Jetstream $99. Volume pricing for larger teams is set at your meeting. Billing is monthly; a yearly option is coming. Load calling credit in $25, $50, $75 or any amount; calling is $0.75 per dialing hour, transcription included, drawn from your balance. Plans include 1 / 3 / 5 phone numbers, and extra numbers are $5 a month. There is no setup fee to sign up, and custom software around the dialer is a one-time fee, quoted.

What does setup include?

Your business number (new, or forwarding from yours), the phone assistant trained on your services, areas, questions and booking rules, your calendar connected, your leads in one place, follow-up built for text, call and email, missed-call text-back, and the recording notice and texting registration. You approve the scripts and campaigns before anything goes live. We aim to be live in two to three weeks once your approvals and phone details are in.

What does the monthly cover?

Someone reviews your calls and conversations, fixes what is not working, builds new offers and campaigns as you need them, and sends you a regular report. What is included each month is set out in your written plan, and anything beyond it is agreed in writing before it applies.

Do I keep my phone number?

Yes. We can set up a new business number for the assistant, or forward the one you already use. Moving or forwarding a number needs your approval, and you decide.

How do you handle the texting rules?

Before any text goes out for you, we register your business for texting with the carriers and record each lead’s consent. Every series starts with a clear way to stop, and a reply of STOP ends texts right away. Calls may be recorded, with a notice at the start. Health and medical practices are quoted separately.

What does the phone assistant actually do?

It answers the calls you miss, tells the caller it is an assistant, finds out what they need and sends you a summary. It follows wording you approve, and it does not quote prices or book jobs unless you have told it how. Calls may be recorded, with a notice at the start, so your account lead can review them.

What if it gets something wrong?

It is built to say so when it cannot do something, and to take a message or pass the call to you instead of guessing. When booking is turned on, it offers only times that are open on your calendar. Then the regular review is what catches the rest: your account lead listens to the calls, corrects the wording and tells you what changed. If you spot something first, tell us and it goes into the next fix.

Who will I actually work with?

A strategist for the first call and your written plan. Then one account lead, assigned to you, who runs the build and the monthly work and answers for it. You approve the wording, the posts and the ads before anything goes out.

What do I still do?

Approve the wording and offers, answer the leads we hand you, quote the jobs and do the work. We carry the agreed marketing around it.

Can you build a tool, not just a site?

Often. A booking page, a quote form or a simple dashboard can be scoped as an add-on. We say plainly what’s included before you agree to anything.

Are the examples on this page client results?

No. The websites shown are concept designs, and the call, conversation, lead list, ad, posts, report numbers and photographs are illustrations of how the work looks.

Do I own my website and system?

Your domain, your content, your leads and your call recordings are yours. We host and run the system for you, and we agree in writing what happens to your website and phone number if you ever leave.

Book a call. We’ll take it from there.

  1. 1
Tell us about the business. Send the form and we call you back to set a time that suits you.
  2. 2
You get a written plan. What we set up or build, what we run each month, what you approve, and the prices. You decide.
  3. 3
Kickoff. You tell us your services, hours, areas and booking rules, and approve access to your calendar and phone number.
  4. 4
We build, you approve. You review the assistant’s scripts and the follow-up before anything goes live. We aim for two to three weeks.
  5. 5
An account lead runs it. One person answers for the work and keeps improving it on a regular review.

No package to pick and no tech questions. Start with what’s slipping.
